Breathe Herbal Tea Infusion with Ashwagandha & Lemon Balm

The Breath tea infusion by Lab Tonica is a grounding blend of botanicals to help you relax, take a moment and calmly carry on. A minty, fresh and comforting flavour with premium cuts of lemon balm, ashwagandha, hawthorn, gotu kola, linden blossom, peppermint and fennel.

Infuse the tea bag in water just off the boil for 3-5 minutes. For an extra kick, cover the cup with a saucer whilst it brews, then inhale the aromatic vapours as you sip.
