A candle that smells like fruit trees in the garden and something good baking in the oven. Amber & Moss from PF Candles Co is warm, woody and a little spicy, with evergreen and ripe mission fig, and just enough sweetness to make you think of pudding.

The scent throw is strong, so it is a good choice for a bigger living room, a kitchen with a high ceiling or an open space where a gentler candle would get lost. It is hand poured into an amber apothecary style jar with a kraft paper label and a brass lid, and it burns for 40 to 50 hours. When it is finished, wash out the jar and reuse it as a little planter or pencil holder.

It makes a lovely housewarming or birthday gift, and a cosy treat for yourself as the evenings get darker.

The details
PF Candles Co. Amber & Moss soy candle. 7.2oz (204g). Soy wax with fine fragrance oils and a cotton core wick. Hand poured into an amber glass jar with a brass lid and kraft label. Approx 7cm diameter and 9.5cm high. Burn time 40 to 50 hours. Scent throw: strong. Fragrance family: woody and gourmand.
Scent notes: evergreen, mission fig and spice.
How to use: trim the wick to about 6mm (1/4") before lighting. Let the wax melt to the edges of the jar each time to prevent pooling. Never leave a candle burning unattended, and do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Stop burning when about 6mm (1/4") of wax remains. Once finished, clean out the jar and reuse it.
