Store Pick-Up

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours, but this may be longer over weekends and holidays. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

UK Shipping

All our orders are shipped Royal Mail Tracked 24. You'll receive a tracking number when your order has been shipped.

It's the customer's responsibility to follow up and manage tracking and delivery options after we have issued you a tracking number. Please ensure the shipping address is entered correctly.

Shipping time applies only to orders placed before midday on Friday. Orders placed after Midday on a Friday will be treated as placed on a Monday.

EU and International Shipping

We're currently unable to ship outside of the UK.

Local Delivery in the E17 Postcode

Our local delivery is available for orders over £150 in the London, E17 postcode. If you select this option at the checkout we will contact you to arrange delivery.
