Store Pick-Up

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours but this may be longer over weekends and holidays. You will receive and email when your order is ready for collection.

UK Shipping

All our orders are shipped Royal Mail Tracked 24. You'll receive a tracking number when your order has been shipped.

Shipping time applies only to orders placed before midday on Friday. Orders placed after Midday on a Friday will be treated as placed on a Monday.

EU Shipping

Our standard delivery fee for EU customers is £15 and is available for small and medium size parcels up to 3KG.

 

Please note, this shipping charge is for delivery only. Non-UK customers are responsible for any import duties, charges and local taxes. Orders to the EU orders are shipped by courier and require a signature on receipt.

Local Delivery in the E17 Postcode

Our local delivery is available for orders over £150 in the London, E17 postcode. If you select this option at the checkout we will contact you to arrange delivery.
