NON is a non-alcoholic alternative to wine. An intricate balancing act of flavour built from the ground up with key notes of floral, tannin, salinity & acidity and a bold, minimalist design.
The Non 1 flavour profile is made out of Tasmanian raspberries, which undergoes a 48-hour cold steep of freeze-dried to concentrate their flavour. Chamomile adds structure and a creamy finish to the beverage, while raspberry skins contribute mild tannin. Murray River salt enhances salinity and a moorish sensation.
The drink is also slightly carbonated, marking it a perfect alternative for a non-boozy rose on a hot summer day.
