Licor 43 vegan cream liqueur, Amaretto and Sapling Vodka are combined with vanilla and nutmeg notes to create this rich and velvety Christmas cocktail. We also include dried cranberries to garnish, and for every box or 1L bottle sold we plant a tree!

Note: despite its creamy appearance, White Christmas is vegan and nut-free!

White Christmas is an Edmunds original. Taking inspiration from creamy classics such as the White Russian, Eggnog and even the much more summery Pina Colada, we've developed our festive favourite. There's no doubt that a creamy cocktail gives a more dessert-like experience of indulgence, so we think it's perfect for winter extravagance. With a complex mix of flavours, it's one of our best creations yet!

Instructions:

1. Fill rocks glass with ice
2. Pour into the glass
3. Stir for 15 seconds
4. Garnish with dried cranberries

The creamy (but vegan) base for this cocktail is the extraordinary Licor 43 Horchata. It has layers of delicately sweet Mediterranean flavours with tiger nut, spice and citrus - a real treat for the tastebuds. This is used alongside Sapling vodka and Luxardo Amaretto. Sapling is distilled exclusively from British wheat. It’s distilled four times, resulting in a very clean, crisp, and naturally sweet taste. While Luxardo Amaretto is an amber-coloured liqueur with a characteristic almond taste, despite not actually containing almonds.
