A handblown carafe with reeded detailing at the base and a plain glass that sits on top as a lid. Meant for a bedside table, so you can pour a glass of water at two in the morning without going downstairs, though it works just as well on a bathroom shelf or a dinner table.

Each piece is blown and hand engraved by generational artisans in a small workshop near Agra, so small bubbles and slight variations come as standard. These are a feature of handblown glass rather than a fault.

The workshop does not have the industrial polishing or packing of a factory, so it may arrive simply wrapped. Give it a wash in warm soapy water before you use it and it will come up beautifully.
