Kimchi Ketchup, Chimac | The Every Space
Ketchup, but not as you know it. Chimac takes proper tomato ketchup and stirs through spring onion, gochugaru chilli and a touch of fish sauce for real umami depth, so you get all the familiar sweetness with a punchy Korean twist underneath.
It's brilliant with chips, burgers or fried chicken, and just as good stirred through fried rice or noodles, or brushed onto meat before it hits the grill. A fun little gift for anyone whose condiment shelf could use some personality.
