Inspired by the bittersweet world of a negroni but a good deal more refreshing, Botivo is handmade on Lannock Farm using an invigorating base of British apple cider vinegar, brightened with orange zest, fresh rosemary and thyme, then rounded off with gentian, wormwood leaf and organic wildflower honey. It's double strength, closer to a cordial than a ready to drink spritz, so a little goes a long way.

Serve one part Botivo to seven parts soda over ice, with a generous wedge of orange to really bring the flavours together, or try it with tonic. There are no flavourings, essences or preservatives in the mix, just real ingredients, so it's a lovely gift for anyone cutting back on alcohol without wanting to compromise on flavour.
