This flavoursome rum is made just down the road in Walthamstow, and it's a lovely one to bring along to a housewarming, or any evening spent enjoying a drink with friends. Seville oranges, sweet oranges and dark rum come together to make a tawny, marmalade flavoured liqueur with long lasting bittersweet citrus notes and hints of burnt caramel running through it.

Delicious across a range of cocktails, and particularly good in a Negroni if you're after a recommendation. It picked up two Gold Stars at the 2020 Great Taste Awards, so it's proven itself well beyond the local crowd.
