Traditionally, bitters like this are taken both before going out and again after, to support the body's own detoxification and elimination processes.

It's a herbal tincture, made with milk thistle, dandelion root, meadowsweet, white willow bark, burdock root, peppermint, artichoke, bilberries, ginger root and sweet orange oil, extracted in a sugar beet alcohol and water base. Take 5ml in a little water before and after meals, the evening before and the morning after. Do not exceed the stated dose. To avoid alcohol, stir a teaspoon of the blend into half a cup of hot water and wait five minutes, this evaporates off much of the alcohol.
