A grown up drink without the alcohol. Pentire Adrift is a non alcoholic spirit distilled from coastal botanicals, and it tastes herbaceous and fresh, with citrus up front and a savoury, rounded finish from sage, rock samphire and a little sea salt.

It is simple to serve. Pour 50ml over ice in a highball glass, top up with light tonic and garnish with a sprig of rosemary or a twist of lemon peel. It is low in calories, with just 4 per 100ml, and the bottle is generous at 700ml, so it will see you through plenty of evenings.
