All the fun of a spritz, without the alcohol. Pentire Coastal Spritz brings together blood orange, sea rosemary and oakwood with Pentire's coastal botanicals, for a pleasantly bitter, orangey flavour that tastes fresh and grown up.

It is easy to make at home. Pour 50ml over ice in a spritz or wine glass, top up with 150ml of light tonic or soda, and garnish with a wedge of orange or a bay leaf. Use tonic for a slightly sweeter glass, or soda if you prefer it drier and more bitter. The 700ml bottle makes plenty of drinks, so it is a good one to keep in the fridge for summer evenings and long lunches.

It makes a thoughtful gift for a friend who is cutting back or doesn't drink, and it sits nicely in a hamper next to a bottle of tonic and a couple of nice glasses. It is a good thing to have in when you are hosting, so that everyone gets something special in their glass.
