It is bold, smoky, earthy and a perfect harmony of heat and richness. A fermented blend of soy beans and chili peppers, the DBJ melds beautifully with meats, vegetables, or noodles.
Use as a foundation for stir-fries, blend into sauces or use as a marinade for meats. Stir into stews and braises, spoon (sparingly!) over noodles and rice as a condiment.
