Clay pots are made from natural terracotta, so each one is a little different. You may notice small variations in colour, tone and texture from pot to pot. Terracotta is porous too, so when you water your plant the clay will absorb some of that moisture and naturally darken, often in patches, before drying back to its original shade.
Over time, your pot may develop a soft white patina from the minerals in soil and water. We think this only adds to its charm and shows it's doing its job.

Made from stainless steel a durable metal that possesses a passive layer of chromium oxide, which shields it from corrosion and even repairs minor scratches on its own. This means it won’t rust or tarnish and can last a very long time.
It's the Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD), which ensures that the colour lasts longer. Compared to regular gold or silver plating, PVD is a vastly stronger coating procedure. There is no way to avoid the colour fading on plated jewellery, it will happen eventually but with our coating process you don’t have that worry any time soon.
