Black raspberry liqueur combines with Adnams Copper House Gin and lemon to create a refreshing twist on this deliciously sweet and sour cocktail. We also include crushed raspberries to garnish.
 

Instructions:

  1. Fill shaker with ice and add cocktail
  2. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds
  3. Fill rocks glass with ice and strain cocktail
  4. Garnish with crushed raspberries 

Our Berry Bramble is a truly unique cocktail, with distinctive flavours from across the full range of berries, but focused on raspberry and blackberry. Along with the fruits and currants, you’ll also get hints of vanilla and caramelised sugar. This all combines to create something not unlike the tanginess of a refresher sweet – that tangy sherbet flavour giving you a slight fizzing feeling on your tongue. Unforgettable!

The Bramble emerged onto the scene in the 1980s, courtesy of a renowned bartender named Dick Bradsell in London. Bradsell, known for his creativity, crafted this cocktail when he wanted to create something truly British and is a sort of tribute to the wild blackberry bushes he encountered during his childhood. The Bramble is a refreshing combination of gin, blackberry liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and a hint of simple syrup. Its exquisite blend of sweet and tart flavors, coupled with a visually stunning presentation, quickly made it a hit among cocktail enthusiasts. Our variant replaces the blackberry liqueur with black raspberry liqueur, adding complex mixed berry and herbal flavours to the concoction.

Ingredients:

    1. Black raspberry liqueur
    2. Adnams Copper House gin
    3. Lemon juice
    4. Sugar cane syrup

Our Berry Bramble is made with Adnams Copper House Gin, charged with juniper, citrus, and floral notes. They use the finest East Anglian malted barley and six carefully selected botanicals in a small-batch copper pot still to craft this trophy-winning gin. Fruity notes of juniper and sweet orange peel sit alongside the floral flavours of hibiscus and classic aromatic London dry gin botanicals like cardamom and coriander seed. We pair this with black raspberry liqueur and fresh lemon juice to complete the drink.
