Sugar and spice and all things nice. Olives Et Al take all the flavours of a Christmas pudding, warming cinnamon, nutmeg, orange and a hint of sweetness, and tumble them over their kiln roasted mixed nuts for a jolly, festive mix.

The nuts are hand roasted in small batches in a hot air kiln at their Nuthouse in Dorset, always with extra virgin olive oil, then seasoned and tumbled with spices. Nibble them by the fire, scatter them over a cheeseboard, or tuck the pouch into a stocking. Leave a few out for the big man on Christmas Eve and you'll be at the very top of his list.
