Genuinely good decaf from women producers is hard to come by, so Girls Who Grind went looking properly. This one comes from La Tribu, a group of over 300 families working across Jaltenango and the Sierra Madre in Chiapas, Mexico, sourced through Bean Voyage, who focus on 65 women producers within that network. This particular lot is called Vayichil, meaning "to dream" in Tzotzil, and it's smooth and rounded with nothing flat or watery about it.

It's a lovely gift for anyone cutting back on caffeine without wanting to compromise on taste, or just someone after a reliable everyday decaf. Ground for espresso, French press or paper filter.
