Christmas Spiced Marmalade

A marmalade for the darker months. Folláin blend Seville oranges, mandarins and lemons with warming winter spices and a touch of whiskey, so you get that classic tart citrus hit with something cosier running through it.

Lovely on hot buttered toast, stirred into a glaze for a Christmas ham, or given as a jar for someone who likes their breakfast with a bit of ceremony.
