A hand painted pot in AARVEN's Blue Bird design, made to hold toothbrushes by the basin but just as happy as a pen pot on a desk, a home for makeup brushes, or a tiny vase for a few garden stems.

It is made in Jaipur by a family of Blue Pottery artisans now in their tenth generation. Rather than ordinary clay they use frit, a mix of quartz stone powder, powdered glass and natural binders, low fired to set. Each pot is painted by hand, so the pattern varies a little. It matches the Blue Bird Soap Dish.

Indian Blue Pottery. 7 x 10 cm. Hand wash gently in warm soapy water and dry with a soft cloth.
