This handmade linocut is by Nicole Revy from Prints by the Bay. Nicole is an illustrator and printmaker from Dorset who explores connections between people and place in her work. 

This linocut artwork is inspired by the quiet corners of the garden with an intricate design that's completely hand carved by Nicole, then reproduced into a risograph print.

Risograph is a technique which is similar to screen printing but digitally printed, yet is still able to capture the uniqueness of handmade pieces as well as rich depth of colour and texture. It's printed onto tree-free paper for sustainability and uses caligo oil-based relief ink.
