A really good hit of sweet heat. This sauce is made from freshly pickled jalapeños, vinegar and honey, dreamt up in the kitchen at Chimac's restaurant, so it's got real flavour behind it rather than being another supermarket condiment.

Good drizzled over anything that needs a lift, fried chicken, eggs, noodles, or just straight from the spoon if you're brave. A lovely gift for anyone who always asks for extra hot sauce on the side.
