A luxurious creamy and very lemony fudge cooked over an open flame with British sugar, Wessex butter, and Dorset Clotted Cream, resulting in a very moreish meringuey mouthful.

A deliciously indulgent fudge artisan crafted in small batches in our traditional field kitchens using traditional methods - large copper pans and wooden spoons.
