Love in Exile
The Every Space
Please Note:
Clay pots are made from natural terracotta, so each one is a little different. You may notice small variations in colour, tone and texture from pot to pot. Terracotta is porous too, so when you water your plant the clay will absorb some of that moisture and naturally darken, often in patches, before drying back to its original shade.
Over time, your pot may develop a soft white patina from the minerals in soil and water. We think this only adds to its charm and shows it's doing its job.
by Shon Faye
A Sunday Times Top 10 bestseller and part memoir, part manifesto from the acclaimed author of The Transgender Issue. Shon Faye grew up quietly convinced that love was not for her — a fear that erupted in addictions and volatile romances. As she confronted her damaging beliefs about lovelessness, she came to understand that this sense of exile is symptomatic of a much larger cultural problem. Blending personal history with political analysis, this is a forensic, compassionate investigation into what love means and who it is truly for.
