With our Negroni cocktail you'll be greeted by a bold and captivating flavour profile. Instructions:

1. Fill rocks glass with ice
2. Pour cocktail in

There’s a bunch of Negroni dynasties claiming true provenance of the definitive cocktail and they’re all a bit speculative, but it reputedly originated in a bar in early 1900s Florence at the request of local aristo Count Camillo Negroni who was looking to stiffen up his Americano by replacing the soda water with gin. Negronis are always stirred, not shaken (sorry, 007) and served over ice with a twist of orange. Over the years, the Negroni has gained a global following, solidifying its status as a beloved classic cocktail.

Edmund Negroni is made with Adnams Copper House Gin, charged with juniper, citrus, and floral notes. They use the finest East Anglian malted barley and six carefully selected botanicals in a small-batch copper pot still to craft this trophy-winning gin. Fruity notes of juniper and sweet orange peel sit alongside the floral flavours of hibiscus and classic aromatic London dry gin botanicals like cardamom and coriander seed. We pair this with Campari – a bitter Italian liqueur that's fundamentally an aperitif, and Martini Rosso vermouth which blends carefully chosen wines with a complex selection of Italian herbs, including sage, savory and dittany, and bitter-sweet exotic woods. All of which we infuse with fresh oranges to complete the drink.
