A deliciously indulgent fudge artisan crafted in small batches in our traditional field kitchens using traditional methods - large copper pans and wooden spoons Open Flame cooked with British Sugar, Wessex Butter & Dorset Clotted Cream.

Made in Dorset by experts in their craft. 

Ingredients:

Rum and Sultana Fudge. Ingredients: Sugar, Glucose syrup, condensed milk (MILK), Butter (MILK), clotted cream (MILK), vegetable oil, sultanas (4%), rum (1%), salt, lecithin (SOYA). Made in a craft kitchen that does work with nuts (NUTS) & dairy (DAIRY). Please store in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
