Made in the same Sablé sur Sarthe workshop as the sweet shortbread, only these are built for a glass of wine instead of a cup of tea. Parmesan AOP gives them a savoury depth and black pepper adds a bit of bite at the end, so they're not shy about flavour even in such a small biscuit.
Good with drinks before dinner, on a cheese board, or slipped into a hamper alongside jams and something to drink.
