Wild Pepper | Piper sylvaticum

An unusual climbing or trailing vine with heart-shaped leaves that have a metallic, silvery sheen belonging to the pepper family.

Native to the Himalayas. Piper is a rainforest plant and can be found below the tree canopy, where it is warm and humid.

Water when the top half of the soil is dry. Don't let the soil dry completely. 

Light Bright indirect light. Pipers aren't shade lovers, and they don't thrive in full sun.

Prune to encourage bushier growth

Can be grown as a hanging vine or staked as an upright plant.
