It's built around homegrown rose geranium leaf, balanced by aromatic fennel seeds, with citrus notes of pink grapefruit zest and lemon balm rounding out a gin that feels distinctly contemporary rather than classic London Dry.

Garnish with a twist of pink grapefruit zest and serve with a plain tonic to really let the rose come through.
