Made just down the road in Walthamstow, this sloe gin is built on wild sloes picked from hedgerows in Essex and Cumbria, giving it a rich, deep berry flavour that still lets the gin botanicals come through on the finish. It's a classic British winter favourite, though there's no reason to save it for the colder months, it works just as well through summer and makes a lovely ingredient in cocktails all year round.
